Build process: Collision between packages vyos-1x and bgpq3

Description

Dear team,

I experience a consisting error when trying to build the current rolling release. After issuing "sudo make iso" in the build container, I get after a while these reproducible errors shown below. It appears to me that the same file '/usr/bin/bgpq3' is managed by two different packages which causes the error state.

Removing bgpq3 from data/live-build-config/package-lists/vyos-utils.list.chroot resolves the error. I must have had dragged it with me in my own version of that file.

We do not have the iso flavor

Marking the task as invalid, as the issue seems to be in your environment, and I cannot reproduce it.
