Description

Housekeeping for the collection lint/metadata state:

plugins/module_utils/network/vyos/utils/version.py: flake8 F401 on the LooseVersion re-export (used by 30+ modules). Declare it via __all__.
AGENTS.md and .coderabbit.yaml hardcode collection version 6.0.0 (current: 6.1.0). Update AGENTS.md and make CodeRabbit refer to galaxy.yml.

No functional changes; unit tests pass (592).
