Summary

Add FRR IS-IS configuration option distribute link-state to enable FRR to advertise link attribute information when SRv6 is enabled. This is similar to, but mutually exclusive with, MPLS traffic engineering.

Use case

When using BGP-LS with SRv6, link-state information is necessary from IS-IS. This new configuration option will allow operators to advertise SRv6 link-state information from IS-IS via BGP-LS.
