Summary

The VyOS binary DEB repository was added to the container in commit https://github.com/vyos/vyos-build/commit/a9a552bb4411b9f039f0ac6bf3fcb3ec38f59da0 to have pylint find the python3-vici import.

This is no longer necessary as pylint can be instructed to ignore the vici import and thus removing a circular dependency on the repository.
