When a VPP interface is deleted, there is no check whether that interface (e.g. ipip or gre) is still used by a feature (e.g. an ACL bound to it).
The removal is accepted even though the feature still references the interface, leaving a stale binding in config and/or in the VPP dataplane.
No error is raised. A check needs to be added.
