Add Cisco-APs to the DHCP-Server options

Use case

Cisco AP's have 4 option to find there controllers, DNS, DHCP, Broadcast and Manual.
for DHCP it needs option 43 (vendor-option), but currently only "ubiquiti" is available

For this to work Cisco-AP's expect a HEX string with the IP('s) of the controller('s) in them

Additional information

some examples. in these i use the flowing controllers IP's:
Controler-1: 10.0.0.11
Controler-2: 10.0.0.12
Controler-3: 10.0.0.13

than the hex string will be:
for 1 controller: F1040A00000B
for 2 controllers: F1080A00000B0A00000C
for 3 controllers: F10C0A00000B0A00000C0A00000D

There will be a "id" bit F1, followed by the number of bytes to follow, so F104 to 1 controller, F108 for 2 controllers and F10C for 3.
after that follow the IP's in Hex.
