Summary

Improve WebSocket support in HAProxy by allowing control for two configuration parameters:

1. Support for timeout.tunnel in default section with option to override in backend section
2. Enable option http-server-close in backend section

Use case

Currently, haproxy in VyOS has decent support for WebSocket already. However, ability to control a couple of parameters provide additional ability to control WebSocket behavior.
