/usr/libexec/vyos/tests/smoke/cli/test_protocols_bgp.py -k test_bgp_32_bfd_strict
Fails because FRR 10.5 has a bug in bfd strict hold-time implementation.
Include PR https://github.com/FRRouting/frr/pull/20223 as patch.
