Add option "check-mac-change" to terminate the session upon detecting a mac change. This option is available in accel-ppp

Terminate session when detects change of mac address of client.

Use case

When enabled, accel-ppp compares the source MAC of every incoming packet against the MAC recorded at session creation time. If a mismatch is detected for a known session IP — the old session should be immediately terminated and a new session be established for the new MAC address. This ensures the session table stays in sync with the actual client on the network without requiring any manual intervention.
This will be help in use case where start-session configured on unclassified packet and when a client moves from a static IP config on one device to another device.
