We have changelogs in docs.vyos.io: the idea was that there would be a rolling changelog and release changelogs.

Release changelogs are currently kept in Phorge, and the idea of a rolling changelog never worked out as planned: for rolling release it doesn't make much sense because it's covered by monthly blog posts, and previews of the upcoming LTS branch are now published periodically as VyOS Stream images rather than continuously as nightly builds.

We should remove that section so that it doesn't confuse anyone.
