Move bonding interface settings to interfaces vpp bonding. Create LCP pair kernel interface automatically

I'm just going to spill it here. And you can ignore me ;-)

But, as an end user I wouldn't want to be bothered with the set interfaces vpp bonding stuff. If I already added eth0 and eth1 as VPP interfaces withing the set vpp settings I would just want to do:

set interfaces bonding bond0 member interface eth0
set interfaces bonding bond0 member interface eth1
[...]

and expect VyOS to figure out those interfaces are part of VPP and configure them accordingly. I just wanted to give my thoughts
