Summary

Extend the vyos-build repo to include Ansible install PHONY

Use case

Nice to have the ability to install Ansible with VyOS compatible modules.
It could be used for the further "topology tests". It also could be helpful with environment question where a bug was reproduced.
It will be easy as make ansible-install
