Now that we (almost) have gpsd integrated into VyOS, there's another feature we should have. gpsd can provide time reference to NTP implementations. This is useful in circumstances where a router might have extended periods without internet connectivity and/or no RTC.

I'm working on integrating this into the CLI/Jinja and should have a PR ready (hopefully) soon.
