Add support for CISCO enic network cards

Use case

We have a potential customer interested in using VyOS on CISCO UCS servers with UCS VIC network cards. Unfortunately the required enic driver is not built as e kernel module.
Please consider adding support for the enic network driver by adding it as a kernel module shipped with VyOS
