Add completion help to VRRP hello-source-address. This allows the selection of a configured IP on the system.

Use case

Select configured IP in the system for VRRP hello-source-address

At the moment we do not see completion for configure IP addresses

vyos@r14# set high-availability vrrp group WAN hello-source-address 
Possible completions:
   <x.x.x.x>            IPv4 hello source address
