Return the old scripts to generate tech-support archive command. The change was introduced here https://github.com/vyos/vyos-1x/pull/3746 T6498

vyos@r14:~$ show tech-support report 
Possible completions:
  <Enter>               Execute the current command
  machine-readable      Show consolidated tech-support report in JSON

The changes should not be used in generate tech-support archive

The machine-readable format is good, but useless for analysis. There are no logs and other necessary information.
