Summary

Sent wall notification to terminals of other users showing (strip-private) config delta actuate by another user of the system (or API client).

Use case

UserA is logged into the system working through configuration planning to make a change
UserB makes a separate change while UserA is working
System sends wall to all other users from UserB showing the comparison (stripped of privileged data, just in case) so they are informed that what they just saw is no longer trie

Additional information

PicOS (FS) switches (which appear to use a related CLI) do this today (without the stripping of privileged content piece) and its definitely useful when multiple engineers are working together.
