Add hwloc package to get info and generate CPU - Numa topology
Use it in generate tech-support archive

Use case

Check NUMA topology of CPU and devices
Get CPU topology in .png format, useful for debug issues related incorrect connection of the NIC to the remote NUMA node

hwloc-ls
lstopo --output-format png > /tmp/topology.png
lstopo --logical --output-format png > /tmp/logical-topo.png
