Rolling release images use a boot splash with Circinus constellation, even though Circinus was branched off to become the new LTS; and we changed the approach to that the next LTS is branched off from the previous LTS, not from current.

Current is now a branch of its own, not associated with any constellation from the IAU list. It should use a special splash screen to reflect that.
