vyos_interfaces integration tests fail with 1.3.8

Description

Due to a difference in handling parent/child interface MTUs, the RTT test in vyos_interfaces was failing.

The fix is simple: add an MTU to the child interface in the RTT test, and shoudn't be significant to the tests except to get them working across all versions.
