The code for accel-ppp was merged https://github.com/accel-ppp/accel-ppp/pull/225
We should delete the patch https://github.com/vyos/vyos-build/blob/current/scripts/package-build/linux-kernel/patches/accel-ppp/0001-L2TP-Include-Calling-Number-to-Calling-Station-ID-RA.patch if we'll switch to the newest accel-ppp commit or waiting for the new release.
