Allow setting name server for containers

Description

Currently tailscale ignores accepting dns server in certain scenarios, which can break dns when using it as exit node.
In such cases would be helpful to have the option to configure the podman argument --dns=ipaddr to set the name server of the container.

set container name <name> name-server <address>
