Please update the Intel ice network driver for E810 series devices currently included in the VyOS 1.5 nightly build to the most recent driver published by Intel (ice-1.15.4.tar.gz, see https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19630/intel-network-adapter-driver-for-e810-series-devices-under-linux.html). I was not able to determine the exact version of the currently included kernel driver; modinfo ice did not yield any version information), but it seems rather outdated.
Perhaps this request is a duplicate of T5990.
Alternatively, I would be willing to swap the existing ice.ko myself in my VyOS installation for a newer, self-built version, but I am lacking documentation guidance and/or the skill set to tweak the vyos-nightly-build to include a newer version of ice.ko
