Description

The Debian repository has an old version (2.7.3.0-4.1), that contains one known issue that crashes a daemon during the first start: https://github.com/Azure/WALinuxAgent/pull/2663

We need to use an updated version for VyOS or apply a patch from the PR.

zsdc triaged this task as Normal priority.

I sure hope this custom waagent build will be removed once the upstream (debian packages) have been updated with this fix.

Who will keep track that this will happen in order to avoid too many custom builds of packages which (in future) might not be needed?
