The documentation says, that containers can be assigned a defined limit of usable CPU time:

when tabbing the console after entering:

set container name <containername>

The option to complete the cpu-quota is not listed.
When entering the cpu-quota setting manually, the console replies with:
"Configuration path: container name <containername> [cpu-quota] is not valid

Either the implementation does not exist or the documentation page may be incorrect.
