The option set system ntp interface was added in 2022 and the only documentation I can find for it is the blog post here: https://blog.vyos.io/vyos-project-july-2022-update

The docs do not mention it: https://docs.vyos.io/en/equuleus/configuration/system/ntp.html#configuration

It is not a bug with the VyOS itself.
You don't need to create the task on Phabricator
