Salt minion cannot connect to the master if version Python >= 3.10

vyos-v14-LON-LAB-1a salt-minion[104559]: [ERROR ] ‘PathDistribution’ object has no attribute ‘_normalized_name’

It was fixed in commit https://github.com/saltstack/salt/pull/61064/commits/a58bbbe058df8f45872c43a95992f6a7a7914ab9

We use 3004 version from their repo

Can manually be applied to /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/salt/_compat.py
