VyOS 1.2 traffic-policy shaper match interface not working

Description

There is a problem we discussed on forum:

In short, our "shaper match interface" worked on VC6.6R1, but when we migrated to VyOS1.2(crux) it stopped.
Match ethernet source does not work as well.
