There may be configurations where a bonding interface was added as a member of an xconnect interface.
Since these configurations did not work with the previous CLI (the config could exist, but no functional xconnect was created in VPP), we should remove them.
Currently, bonding interfaces are not allowed as xconnect members.
We could consider supporting such configurations in the future, but for now, they should be deleted during migration or config validation.
